What do I get for the registration fee?   The registration fees above include company name availability search, preparation and filing of Articles of Organization (for an LLC) or Articles of Incorporation (for a corporation, S corporation, or non-profit), S corporation election (for S corporations only), and a Certificate of Good Standing from the state.
